Training services are typically provided on-site, through web-conferencing, or a combination of both scenarios. We have implemented remote sites entirely through web conferencing, although our preference is to deliver the first 1 to 2 days on-site in order to nurture the relationship-building process with the client.
We believe that training is most effective when it is provided in an environment that is conducive to learning. The location should be free from distractions and have all of the technology required to enable hands-on learning. In order to facilitate this process our on-site training services include all of the following items at no additional charge:
- high-resolution data projector
- portable projection screen
- Lenovo W-Series workstation-class Thinkpads (one per attendee)
Webinars are effective for training on specific functionality in the software when the material to be covered would only require 1 or 2 hours of instruction. These sessions are recorded and then provided to the client through their Private Downloads page in the Support section of our website. These materials are posted indefinitely so attendees and future employees can review the material whenever required.
